BUBBLES OF HOPE premiered at the Dumbo Arts Festival in Brooklyn. Beginning with a triumphant arrival by ferry at Pier 1 and culminating at the Tobacco Factory, Russian performance artist and provocateur Andrey Bartenev led a procession of over 60 amazing performers dressed in his wildly imaginative costumes.
